English Reading Program

As part of an effort in helping pupils learn the English language, today our school had an English Reading Program for Years 4, 5 and 6.

It is in the Enrichment Program which is a weekly program done on every Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Today, the pupils are exposed to the fundamentals of reading, which are clarity of voice when reading, correct pronunciation of words, intonation while reading and also the different expressions of reading different text.

Cg. Hj. Junaidi, as the teacher-in-charge of the English Enrichment Program, was at hand to deliver the fundamentals of reading to the pupils. It is hoped that the pupils are able to apply what they had learnt today to their own reading. SRPP’09
